Can we sue truckstops that only have fast food

Really though, the stupidity level is about the same. Its like someone suing a vehicle manufacturer because they were hit by a drunk driver.

Its the victim mentality everyone has these days. No personal responsibility and its always someone else's fault.

 

I think our Uncle Joey B is proposing that with weapons manufacturers.

 

Yup and there have already been lawsuits against gun makers allowed to go forward. Its an obvious abet somewhat legal way to sidestep the constitution. Just make it legal to sue any gun maker when someone uses a gun regardless of how it was gained and not a #### one of them will sell to the general public.

The way they are going to ban guns wont be to ban guns. It will be to make selling them imposible and owning them prohibitivly expensive bia mandatory gun insurance. Allowing manufacturers to be sued and putting ammo purchase limits in place.

One of the Heart Docs that worked on me last month is in a Cardiac Fellowship. He came into the waiting room and spoke to me. I joked about eating too many burgers during my lifetime. He laughed and said he enjoys a burger from time to time. I do wish I had those 50 years back to do again.

 

Last time I checked, nobody is forcing you to patronize those places, it would be like a person who lost his license for DUI suing Bud-dummer or Jack Daniels for getting them drunk so often

 

This is another reason to eat tacos.

They can be healthy also!

Replace the good stuff with rabbit food, and your good to go!

Personally, I'd rather be fat with a good taco then skinny with a carrot.
