Can you lose your truck through Divorce?

If you guys are still getting along even a little bit then you’d be better of filing on your own. Unless you want the lawyers to make a bunch of money. When I divorced my exwife in Montana back in 2011 it cost us $350 to file the paperwork ourselves at the courthouse.

 

There is a lot of truth to this.

Divorce is always 50/50.

When a couple has a gold mine. They split it.

She gets the mine
He gets the shaft.

 

He can buy her half of his trucking business.

 

In Nevada, any assets each of them had before marriage can't be split.
Any assets accumulated after marriage are split 50/50.

 

The person that said ....money can't buy happiness...never paid for a divorce
