I don't know anything about that division. They do give drivers a 2nd chance or even a 1st chance for new drivers with no experience.

I talk down reefer. The whole time I did reefer, I was overtired. Dry van is better. Nothing wrong with it.

Don't worry about the backing. Take it slow and don't hit nothing. Then experience will give you confidence. If it's tight, even if it isn't. Drop your tandems all the way back. I used to say I could thread a needle with the tandems all the way back. I could wipe out the parking lot with the tandems all the way forward.
