    So l'm rolling down a hill,doing 75, in good ole calif,when l cross over RR tracks while plackered..l get pulled by CHP..and get a ticket for 20 mph over the speed limit..failure to stop at RR with Hazmat while talking on the cell phone...

    That is three strikes. Placards, failure to stop for RR etc, 20 over and cell.

    What else? Opiates and alcohol to drink away your troubles?

    Im not here to be difficult but if you are trolling, save it. If you are being dead serious then yes it's a career killer.

    I think the norcos and beer kept me more focused on the cell porn than the road..but he didnt do a sobriety check,so that is good...

    Your co. may fire you if you cant find a co like roadlaw to help you you, but cdl drivers cant lose their cdl at one time of mul. tickets, that was made way back when cdl were made up in a law makers bad dream?
