    Are these all acts to entice more workers to join trucking industry? Reduce the CDL age to 18 from 21, reduce fees, increase company pay (barely!)...where is the trucing industry heading? Eliminate brokers with a technology system (where o/o's can also place bids with notes to negotiate?)...

    FMCSA looks to reduce carrier registration fees again

    It is ****** cheap now, it should be hiked 1000% to keep cheap owners out of the industry.

    AND 18 year old drivers - no way, they can't be trusted, they should have at least a couple years behind the wheel of any vehicle before getting into a truck.
