Cars stolen in the US are popping up in Mexico and are nearly impossible to recover
More than 850,000 vehicles were stolen in the U.S. in 2024, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. In the last four years the number of stolen vehicles crossing the border into Mexico from California, Texas and Texas jumped 79%, the California Highway Patrol says. "CBS Saturday Morning" follows one San Diego native's grueling journey to get her stolen car back from Tijuana.

I read a little bit ago, there was a company who specialized in subprime car loans for the illegals we have in the country. They were in financial trouble recently due to the foreign invaders self-deporting back to Mexico and points further south with their new vehicles and of course aren't making the payments. Who could've seen that coming?

I remember when illegals were buying used cars on the "pay by the week" plan. They would immediately, head for Mexico. I've seen them loaded with people and luggage strapped all over the car or pickup truck. When they got to the border, the border authorities would just wave them on through.

Yep.. growing up in phoenix we had a couple cars stolen from the driveway . The police would show up and said we would put it in the system, but most likely its already made its way across the border by now... Dad had the radio stolen out of his pickup more than once as well.
