Mine wasn't working today. But I noticed that the ac light wouldn't stay on in the bunk, and if I tried the bunk override switch up front that it wouldn't stay on either. I was getting no ac up front or the back. But then, I turned the fan off in the bunk completely and left it off. Turned the ac on up front and hit the bunk override and I had ac both in back and up front. Assuming I have a bad switch panel in the bunk maybe?

    YouTube for ac reset.
    It resets the bcm.

    Might fix it. Might not.

Anytime I had problems. The reset usually fixed it.

For Some reason, my truck thinks its below 39F outside when its really not, the problem im having is that when it says its below 39F outside, it shuts the A/C compressor off and the A/C stops working. As soon as i start driving and the temperature goes back up, it starts cooling again. Sucks when im parked though cause it gets hot in here.

Plugged expansion valve. Dryer filter. Condenser. Maybe even too much freon.

What do the gauges read? Fan on and fan off?

Is the fan even kicking on and off?

What's your static pressure BEFORE ac is kicked on? How hot is the weather? You shouldn't have more then 120 psi in the hottest summer.

Freon expands as Temps rise. Contracts in the colder temps.

I looked at a jeep a few years back. Soon as she kicked the ac on. My high side gauge maxed out over 500 psi. I was expecting something to blow up but nothing happened.

    On another note.

The high pressure may have 2 switches.
One turns the radiator fan on and off. The other one shuts the compressor off if pressure gets too high.

    They might be combined.
