If you’re in the Dallas area going up to Cactus and working for JBS wouldn’t be a bad option if they will give you a shot. It will be a lot of short haul fat cattle loads into their plant in Cactus and you’d be hauling a few loads a day. I’m not sure if they run sleeper trucks up there or if it’s all daycab work.
