    Absolutely.

    If you saw a tree or bridge over your lane would you drive under? Absolutely.

    If the guy in the bucket is going to be low to the ground they should have closed the lane. The utility company was playing a dangerous game and won a prize. A good lawyer would have a field day.

    That was just a sideswipe, If that went head on it would have taken the bucket truck for a ride. Worked them buckets for a bit, sometimes things get cheated for speed, like this will only take a second....right.
