CBA Logistics in Elmsford NY

CBA is a contractor for FedEx Ground. Interviewed there a few weeks ago for a FedEx Ground Package Driver job (permanent, not seasonal). Took the drug test, DOT exam, background check. Guy calls says I'm hired if I want it.Then he explains that the day starts at 6:30 am. you have to load your own truck, then do however many stops - 100, 120, 140 whatever it may be, then do pick-ups. You don't get paid by the hour. You get paid $1.25 per stop!

I was polite because the guys there are friendly and all, but I declined the job. With that long of a day and only being paid by the stop, basically it would work out to like $11 an hour.
