i cannot speak for all the Celadon drivers, but i DO know several drivers at several companies, that started working the docks, and are still there (moving up to drivers) or are retired from those places. many that i do know, simply do not like leaving a company for any reason, they just stayed put.
i could never (and i have NEVER) stayed at any company longer than 10 years.....(or so)
Celadon is officially going bankrupt early next week
