After a couple of months working as a railroad conductor I've decided I want to get back into to trucking and these guys are hiring in my area for a fairly new terminal so I was wondering if any current drivers could give me some insight on doing linehaul here.

I don't have any direct knowledge, but the general opinion isn't great. Poor equipment, cheap freight.
For her work my wife ships with most of the various LTL companies, but refuses to ship with Central no matter how low a rate they offer her. Too many damage claims.
They might be okay from a driver perspective, but I've never talked to one to find out.QuietStorm and speedyk Thank this. -
I'd be constantly nervous about getting a DOT inspection working there. I also see plenty of them broke down on the side of the road during my travels.
