seems to me, you cannot adjust to things like anyone else can.

we have all had paydays "moved" either a day later or a day earlier.

if it's a one time deal or permanent change.

just go with the flow.

What’s the big deal today is not a National holiday it’s freaking another way for businesses to get you to spend money you don’t have, did my weekly shopping for the house essentials, man it was crazy out here traffic was a nightmare, stores, restaurants were packed and this was at 4pm glad my wife doesn’t care about that nonsense~she’d roast my behind if I’d spent money on cards and gifts before the bills were paid lol

 

A holiday is where people get paid to be off. We have 13 holidays in our contract. If we work on one of those holidays, we get paid double time and a half. Can you imagine making upwards of $80.00 an hour for all of the hours that you work? No? Ask yourself why?
