Check engine light coming on. Speed sensor

I have a 2001 freightliner classic XL and I changed the super 10 speed out for a 13 speed Eaton fuller. Check engine light coming on. Changed the speed sensor and it is still coming on. Speedometer is working. Any ideas what to look for.

Some of the older trucks had a speed sensor with two plugs coming off it.
1 went to truck Speedo and other one was hooked to ECM.
Check make sure they hooked both pig tails up.
