"Packed with antioxidants such as polyphenols and catechins, green tea is praised for aiding in weight management, reducing inflammation and promoting cardiovascular health."

    I prefer the red tea.
    1. Heart Health: It reduces the risk of stroke.
    2. Energy: The caffeine content stimulates metabolism and respiratory system.
    3. Strong Bones: It promotes bone health.
    4. Blood Vessel Elasticity: It enhances blood vessel flexibility.
    5. Dental Health: It supports oral health.
    6. Weight Management: It aids in weight control.

Social and global wellness? That's asking a lot out of a mere beverage these here days. I drink ginger & lemon, mit probiotics, with a little instant coffee for some zing, and helped my stomach issues considerably. Heck, allows me to eat junk food again,,,:hello1:
"Stimulate brain function", I believe requires a brain in the first place to stimulate:biggrin_25518:

I always heard that black tea was the best for you.

I honestly hate tea. Doesnt matter how strong, what type or how much i use. It all tastes like hot water to me. I literally can not taste it. Green, red, black, oolong, yorkshire, herbal, good brand, cheap brand, imported, domestic, loose leaf, bag. Dont matter. All exactly the same. Hell i even had a brit friend of mine make me some yorkshire he brought from home that he said was strong as ####.

Hot water. Only "tea" ive found i can taste at ALL is cinnamon flavored or super super super strong masala chai, like 10 bags per 6 oz strong masala chai.

Tea kind of bores me as well, however green tea really has some great health benefits, if you don’t want to drink it, you can take it in pill form, or supplement form now. Green tea over times coats the arteries and builds up in your system are promotes cardio health and reduces risk of heart atttack and stroke by pretty extremely amounts. Those who drink it daily for years etc. I take it in pill form as I prefer my strong coffee to sip throughout the day.

I found this by accident in the baking section at Walmart recently. It's in powder form and mixes well.
