This company will pay you pennies to hall mopar loads up and down interstate 75. I learned from AD Transport that penny and peggy who work at Churchill use to work at AD Transport. People at AD Transport say they was horrible and glad they left. They pay all drivers 0.58cpm new and old. Drivers who been driving 20+ years get paid 0.58cpm that's horrible. It time for drivers to know there worth and send Mr churchill up the river. Also been reported from driver who recently left there says they will still your last check. Drivers stay away from Mr churchill. Church is the last place this company is.

So.....is all of this heresay or did you actually work there? My curiosity looms.........
mjd4277, snowlauncher and Lonesome Thank this. -
Driver says they was trying to fire him so he took truck back to Detroit he was W2 employee so when he drop off truck at terminal his last paycheck was charge for fuel. So basically they illegally charge him for fuel to drop their truck off so he would been screwed either way if he abandoned it. He says he file a claim with the US Department of Labor who's gonna reach out to Churchill

Did you work for Churchill?
Lonesome Thanks this. -
I'm a friend of that driver I just report on bad companies. I spoke to many churchill drivers and some AD drivers.
-
Well.... what you must understand is that there are ambassadors as there are haters to every company. This isn't an investigative journalism type of platform in which we need people to go search out bad companies. Interpretations of a company are best from the horse's mouth and even then, that's debatable because very seldom does the driver tell the whole story. All that being said......since you didn't work there, as far as I'm concerned, your credibility is shot.
7speed, snowlauncher, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this. -
No sir the proof is pudding the driver settlement is there
-
That's one driver. One driver don't tell the story for multiple drivers. Perhaps his pudding needs sugar.snowlauncher and Lonesome Thank this.

So, if 0000.58 is horrible, why did your "friend" agree to work there? And did your "friend" agree to have his name plastered on the internet? Care to elaborate?
7speed, 48Packard, Voodoo Pyg and 4 others Thank this. -
So, he just arbitrarily decided to go to Detroit? Sounds like it. Also sounds as if he was a long way away from Detroit. It is standard practice not to pay a driver's miles for unauthorized movement. Also, it is perfectly legal to deduct for fuel used for said unauthorized movements, especially when running empty from hours away just to quit. Even if, as you say, they were trying to fire your "friend," pretty sure they would have routed him back to said terminal under a load (so both can be paid). But, as you write, he seems to have just gone back empty anyway. How far did he drive to get back to Detroit? If it was half a driving shift or more, he deserved to be charged for fuel AND not be paid for those miles.
You also kinda do not mention exactly why he thought he was being fired. Why did he think that? What are they saying he did or failed to do?Lonesome Thanks this.
