    What are my chances of signing on with a power-only carrier with a brand new MC#? Do they typically check the owner's dac?

    If you have a load abondment they might care. Pretty much anything else is on the truck owner, so not their ploblem....

    I don't mean to sound condescending or anything like that but you do pay for your own insurance, don't you?
    If so, then even if they do check it and reject you, which is very doubtful, they will do you only a favor, because with your own MC# you should be better off running on your own.
