Me too I keep a tiny vacuum and I use it often. I use a large welcome mat in my bunk area. I don’t like grit and messes. I also drive flatbed and it gets dirty quick at the yards and construction sites where you drop.
Dan.S Thanks this. -
Black & Decker rechargeable vacuum and a bucket of hot water with Dawn dishwashing soap. Does the trick. Armorall, to slippery when wet.

Justrucking2 Thanks this.

use the armor all spray on your steps and grab bars if you park somewhere shady or ghetto
InTooDeep, Jonrulerofearth and IluvCATS Thank this. -

That’s one nice thing about a vinyl floor. It’s easy to clean.
Dan.S Thanks this. -
If the floor is rubberized on metal, fire a hose across it one side to the other. (Wait.. don't do that.... it's one of the things we did with a Mack R mixer back when...)
anyhow.
We used 10% bleach, Pine sol solution in a spray, a couple rolls of shop towels and several bags of contractor trashbags to catch it. Latex gloves to keep the spores, mold and so on off your skin.
Once the first pass is done, its sanitized with lysol for 10 minutes and then a ordinary pass is made with a house hold cleaner. Done.
But you are not really done while you come up dirty on the towels. -
Whatever you do, use gloves with the oven cleaner, trust me on this.
Dan.S Thanks this. -
Huh, Oven cleaner? I missed that one.
Dan.S Thanks this.
