We're working on variations of a theme type thing. Something that means for me that this older fella can still hack it in the flatbed world. Even though I'm not having to tarp, I'm pretty happy that I'm able to still throw straps an chains. Every load I secure leaves me with a renewed sense of accomplishment in my career. So long story short here is my grandkids all call me Paw Paw, so maybe ( Go Paw Paw Go ), or ( Paw Paw's Time ), or ( This is Paw Paw's Time). We're working on it. Still gotta see if the boss will put letters on it or not. If not maybe I can do something that's removable.

You must run through Texarkana quite a bit then. I live 20 miles west of there.
-
Yes a lot. I will be coming through there tomorrow headed back down to LufkinProfessor No-Name Thanks this.

As in system faults? You will be working those out until you get another truck. Was put in one last Jan. Haven't gone more than 2 months without going to a dealer. On the plus side, I've earned 2 free nights with Wyndham Rewards.

Already have had transmission replaced 4 months ago. And yes more than a few system faults

My transmission has had a shift solenoid, temp sensor, and wiring harness replaced. Still getting pending codes for shift rail 3, excessive clutch temp, and IVM fault. Navistar keeps telling the dealer since there's no permanent codes, clear the faults and return the truck. I just hope it breaks down close to home. Despite this, I'll take it over that darn Endurant !! Dealer hates doing the "courtesy inspection" because they know they'll find something wrong.Friend Thanks this.

I just left Texarkana today around 3:00 headed to St louis. And I am back in a day cab again. I was in my sleeper truck for a total of one week. It went to Freightliner this morning for electrical problems.Friend Thanks this.

Mine had similar issues before international just said to hell with it and replaced it mind you it had 78k miles on it when it was replaced and it’s the new S13 powertrain

I did that this morning down in Midlothian Texas. Was supposed to do it last night but the pickup number was no good so I had to wait till this morning. Just got my stuff all dropped off with Mama at home. I'm on my way up to swap out for my pickup and go to the house. Hopefully I'll have my sleeper truck back on Sunday so I wouldn't have to do motels here and there. I'd rather be in a sleeper truck I get more organized that way.bryan21384, Friend and Peace_Maker Thank this. -
I heard that man.....I've never been crazy about the day cabs. Man I remember thise days picking up at Midlothian. I loved picking up there because it was mostly no tarp loads lol. That securement job looks amazing!
