My truck was clipped on the right bumper, headlight also broken.</p><p><br /></p><p>I called the number and the person who left the note explained that he witnessed the incident. He took pictures of the truck and trailer that hit my truck he even talked to the driver letting her know that she clipped my truck. This good man emailed me the pictures where they show the company’s name, truck number, trailer number and the approximate time of the incident.</p><p><br /></p><p>I called the company to file a claim but since it was Memorial day they only took my information and I was told to call back next day. </p><p><br /></p><p>I called Tuesday and the person who I talked to told me that the safety director will be handling this issue. My call was transferred to his extension and no one answered so I left a message. I’ve called and left 5 messages to the safety director and he has not returned any of my calls. Some other person called me to ask me to email the pictures I have.
