I will also say that they keep a lot of the stuff that drivers leave in their trucks when they quit so there's no guarantee but it's possible they'll have a microwave to give you.

Not really. There was so much time in between the stops that it really makes it not worth $30 per stop if you ask me. I don't usually get a lot of multi stop loads though. Gotta take the good with the bad.

Lonesome, navypoppop and Knucklehead Thank this.

Yesterday was really something. I got stuck at the receiver in Elkton for like 4 hours so it made me late for my next pickup in Apopka and then I was stuck there for about 8 hours. Keep in mind I was only 30 minutes late to the pickup. Having to work me in because I was late is fair, I guess. But I don't feel like being 30 minutes late puts them out that much. Even if it does there's no reason to waste 8 hours of my time. That just shows that they scheduled too many trucks to be loaded that day. Not to mention, Holland had to pay a $190 late fee to these despicable people as well. Who in their right mind thinks "right, so we're not gonna be put out by your lateness so we're gonna have you wait for 8 hours because we couldn't possibly have any time to load your truck sooner. Oh by the way you owe us $190." Like, isn't the late fee supposed to be for working me in? Seems like you didn't work me in at all and just waited until you loaded literally every single other truck that you had scheduled for the day. I know I sound way too butthurt about all this, but just wait, it gets worse. They wouldn't let me park there overnight after I got loaded. In case you aren't aware, Apopka is in the Orlando area and there ain't Jack as far as truck parking so I was pretty furious about being kicked out after they were the ones to run my clock out. At this point I only had about 2 hours left. So anyway, I tried my luck with the Okahumpka service plaza on the turnpike and somehow got a spot. I really expected that place to be full so that was a huge relief. Now, since I know I'm going home soon, I don't currently have much food stocked up in the truck. I go inside assuming the KFC might be closed because it's after 8pm at this point but I figured at least Wendy's will be open. Nope, both closed. The only other option is Dunkin. The last thing I wanted after a day like this was to find out I'm not allowed a hot meal. Let me be clear, I was stuck at that godforsaken shipper so late I was starving at this point. I made do with some stuff from Dunkin and a couple snacks I had in the truck though, c'est la vie.

Anyway, the load is going to Kansas City, MO. 106 empty miles and 1238 loaded.
