Ran across a photo of my old Astro I had back in the "80's". Any of you folks that wheeled the country in a Cabover know where the term "backslap" came from.
In the pic--- I just hauled a Cat D7 into the ranch (oversize sign) and loaded two of my Ford pickups on to head out to the new outfit we were move'in to. View attachment 515679

. Not to mentioned I had to upgrade anyways. I kept this truck cleaned and polished, always received compliments on the truck. It’s hard to part with, maybe they’ll bury me in it.
