    Prices can be whatever anyone wants it to be. Market rate would be exactly what one will pay for it, not one dollar more.

    Its the same for a Egg. You can put a low price of 1000 on a single egg. Unboiled.

    I couldn't tell you anything about TLG, but do a search here on our forums for American Truck Showroom or American Truck Group and you should find out more than you want to know about your first link. It is the same company, renamed for the 3rd or 5th time.

    Also, since you have only had your CDL for 2 weeks and were concerned about a road test and backing test, it's a bit early to even be looking at buying a truck. At this point, there are so many things you don't know that you don't know.

    As far as TLG goes, I know a couple guys, running around 15 trucks each and they buy their used trucks from TLG, and new from the same.
