    I dont trust diet meds to be honest. Way way WAY to many end up have nasty long term health effects that end up with you on the medical debt tredmill forever.

    Im waiting for the next DNP with allllll that entails to pop up tbh.

    Wait, Metformin lowers insulin levels?!?

    I hope it does so by making it easier for the body to metabolize insulin and sugars, rather than suppressing the body's production of insulin.
