Companies hiring with bad driving record

Don't mean to hijack but will they consider 15 over?

My mvr:
One 15mph- 3 yrs ago as of 12-16
Improper ln.- 2015 pers. Vehicle
Improper ln- 2014 bout of which where auto convicts due to not making orig. court date.
No Insurance -2010 personal. Vehicle
Also im and owner operator needing someone to lease on with. Any leads.

 

Super Service out of Somerset Kentucky hires people with rollovers if that tells you anything.

This true?? I have that is 20 over from 10-27-15
And I just got 1 more 20 over 9-5-16
but it doesnt exist till I'm either found guilty or or its dismissed

My record is pretty bad iv got a lot of speeding tickets but only doing 4 or 5 over and 1 doing 11 over and a few log book violations for forgetting to sign the page. Iv been called a bad driver but iv never wrecked a truck ,never backed into anything ,or hit another truck ,I'm an o/o my the insurance is pretty high if you have your own truck any place will take you if you supply your own insurance.

 

I have to say tho 20 over is pretty dam bad iv got a heavy foot myself but dam. you will be lucky if they don't suspend your license for awhile if you've had 2 over 20 in 3 years

 

Ok I don't think I would even be looking for a CDL driving job with these tickets on my record just saying. But when I was looking for a local driving job one application I was filling out, it had 15 places to add what tickets you have gotten. I asked the HR really there are drivers with that many tickets applying he said you would be suprised. I said you hire any he said NOPE
