Companies hiring with bad driving record

and you cant get a trucking job its a shame

 

you can get past the dac report but most if not all companies want a clean mvr

 

just graduated trucking school payed 6 grand an no one ever told me that driving record has to be half way descent to get driving job school said all u will be good well isnt the case anyone know of anywhere that will least let me get my foot in door or am i screwed till the tickets come off my record

 

Carolina Cargo... pay is .10 a mile... yes .10 a mile. They are a "second chance" company. And hire anyone with a pulse. Get your experience and get out... 1 year there should be enough for a lot of companies to over look your past. Just don't mess up there otherwise yes your toast.

 

I have worked with a company that blamed me for damages on their equipment that was not anything to do with me. This company has many drivers. 1st and second shift. The company sued me for damages and the judge believed them. Know I can not get a driving job because it was put on my dac and the recruiters wont listen. what should I do sue the company for falsifying my dac report

Well... If there is a court case you lost, in the eyes of the law they are not lying.
A court case will not help for that.
About your only option is to get a lawayer and get that first case overtuned.
