So you wanna quit because you had to change trks?If so that's a silly reason.Sounds like conway is'nt a bad company. You should just stay there.

I love working for Conway, but that doesn't mean that I can't have my cake and eat it too. LOL, i knew i would get some idiot that wants to try and life my life for me and would respond with some stupid reply, i'll make a deal with you, you do what you want to with your life, and i'll live mine the way i want, deal?

How many days are you wanting to bank at once? I know most companies have a limit as they don't want the truck not moving for long periods.
-
i have never asked about banking days, but i like that my company allows me to take vacation time and work the same amount of time as usual (double paycheck basicallyx3)...

My goodness are'nt we defensive.Hopefully you don't find any companies that bank days.

Buy one and control the days off yourself.................. -
Roehl transport has a 11/3 plan. Out 11 days and off three. If you stay out longer, you get an additional day off for each seven out. 18/4, 25/5, etc.

What I've always heard about banking days off is you end up slip seating your truck a lot. Makes sense for the owner of the truck, he's not going to leave it set for days at a time but a negative for a driver.

Not sure exactly how their program works, but I have a friend who works at Melton. He's told me about banking days and being able to use them when you want more time off at a time.
