Companies who would hire with a year old report on my personal driving record

Hi everyone,

I got into an accident in august of 2023 in my personal vehicle, and now I am finding it difficult to get a new trucking jobs. Its my only speeding ticket since Ive had my CDLA, and I was wondering if anyone would know which specific companies out there, in Florida or any where else, are more lenient than others when it comes to an accident report. My finally verdict says adjudication withheld but no company I've applied to is willing to over look this. The speeding was alot(15-20mph over) but was over turned on the court hearing only a $10 fee was paid and didn't show up on my MVR but it's still public record. Please help if possible.
