Recently graduated CDL school in August and wasn't prepared for how hard of a task it would be to find a good company that is willing to hire an RSO. In 2017 I pleaded guilty in Federal court to the charge of transporting an individual across State lines for the purpose of prostitution. My conviction is almost 8 years old but I am still on probation. I've read a few threads all over the internet that mention some companies that will or have hired RSO's in the past but none are current. Does anyone know of any companies that are currently hiring RSO's who are on probation and are recent CDL grads?

Where is your location; mainly state.
-
What about Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, etc?
I'm betting CDL B or Dump truck CDL A are your best options. It's not easy to search them online. Search on Craigslist. -
If you can look for dairies or smaller ag or dirt haulers local and regional.
dreambig16 Thanks this. -
If a person is a RSO there's usually a darn good reason for it and most people don't want to be around them.Opus, Arctic_fox, tscottme and 2 others Thank this. -
I already looked but can't find an answer other than "RSO is a cannabis oil high in THC"Suspect Zero Thanks this. -

A violation of "the Mann Act" will probably disqualify you from 99% of companies, and the 1% that would consider you obviously have ZERO standards. Probably zero compassion for their drivers as well. Guys with convictions like yours often end up working for "shady guys" doing pretty much what you got convicted for. Either that, or they go into construction.....
