thays a super nice older rig buddy, I would for sure be looking into whatever paperwork you signed when the company loaned you the money and see if it clearly states if they term your contract they can keep your ride.. depending on what kind of payment plan you had worked out with em maybe they would work with you and if not get a lawyer. thats for sure a bad situation to be in,hopefully the contract you signed isn't written like one of them fleeces where they hold all the cards and is written more traditional to where as long as you make the payments your good. after seeing pics I would hate to loose that truck for 17k.. but would dang sure love to buy it for 17k lol wish you the best of luck

$17k is about the worth of the truck, it isn't what you put into it that makes the value but the actual market worth. Why would you spend a reserve to buy the truck and then screw up with a ticket and OOS?
Sell stuff if you have to so to keep it. -
Home owner? borrow against it?
Family member help you out?
Have you knocked on bank doors? Credit Unions? Or are you just assuming your credit is a problem.
Good luck, it may just be time to start over and move on. -
Man this sure is a spot your in friend, and I feel for you. That is a nice rig you got there and I sure would hate to hear you have to give it up. I know you spent your reserves and worked your arse off to get it road worthy, only to throw a rod and have to barrow to keep it on the road. I am in that same spot now...Your plan was to have your own ride, to do what YOU choose and it just turned out that you had to barrow from the big company and that leaves you beholden to that company. Don't know what you got the ticket for and why your were put OOS but that doesn't matter. I am sure you felt you were doing everything you were supposed to but got caught anyway. I am running that very same line and if I get pulled in, I will be in the same, sorta, boat you are in, regarding the contract I mean. Don't give up until the fat lady sings my friend. Keep asking for the help, the worst you will ever get is NO but you never know when you will get a YES. God bless
blacklabel Thanks this.
