XXII Century Inc is looking for experienced drivers that want to earn the money you deserve, drive excellent trucks, and want that flexible home time that you are looking for.

What we have: 2018 and newer trucks and trailers. Volvos, Peterbilts, and Freightliners. All trucks are equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, inverters, and unlimited internet. Front facing cameras. 24/7 dispatch service. Network of over 600 shops across the country to meet all service needs. Choose the regions you want to drive. No force dispatch. No touch freight. Solo and Team Driver opportunities.

What you get: Company drivers start out at $0.55 a mile averaging 3200 miles a week.
Lease owner operators and owner operators get paid 85% of the gross revenue.

What we require: At least 25 years old. 24 months of OTR of which 12 months must be with the past 3 years. No felony convictions in the past 10 years. Favorable references from past employers. No more than 3 points on your MVR in the past 3 years or 1 point in the last year.

Self-dispatch is not available but our dispatchers are assigned only 8 drivers a piece so this way they can ensure drivers are getting their miles and home time when needed.

 

Our Operations Department ensures the truck and trailer are secure wherever you are at. Company drivers average bring home per week is $1400 to $1900. Lease owner operators get 85% of the gross revenue and average gross per week is $6000 to $7000.
