Con-Way Truckload Drivers: What's Your 20? (2014 edition)

I'm chasing Pauldo all the way across I-10 in Florida...you left Fort Myers about three hours ahead of me, he has a 68 mile an hour truck, and I had to pick up a load....he will be doing a back haul out of Houston about the same time I'm making my delivery in Mississippi

 

Twas snowing in Montana.

Our new local weather guy was from bozeman so he was all on it.

Kennedy bridge rides nice. I had no traffic @ 8 am.
5 lanes going south far left two to stay on 65.
Tolls may be bumped up starting in December.

Found out I'll be doing on call feeder stuff til thanksgiving then its back to what I did last year when the helpers get in.

Dunno if my dude last year will reapply or not.

I guess I called it right I just arrived at my customer in Hazlehurst Mississippi...and you're already halfway through your next load...no pre-plan and no truck stops around here...actually there's a tiny truck stop with a dirt lot right outside the customers gate....if I can't squeeze in there I'll run up to Jackson

 

all right this here is an official age check...

I was on u.s. 98 today at the Alabama Mississippi border...there is a little business there called Ellie May's Hound Hotel...being of the proper age, I think it should have been called kritter Hotel...it's a few hours early for throwback Thursday but that's it
