    I think there must be a contingency who believe Babin has an ulterior motive? That being he really only wants more flexibility so the big corporate shippers can continue to screw carriers on detention? I don't know for sure.

    Truck related up 56% . what they won't ever say is how many of truck related or the other term they like to use TRUCK INVOLVED is the fault of the 4 wheelers INVOLVED.
