but here is the rub, unless the toll monies collected by and state law and those monies GO INTO the road funding, then many states will simply scoop up those monies for pet projects of the politicians special interests.
frankly, i do not see any trucking organization to defeat the tolling of any state. as it has failed thus far in RI.PE_T, bzinger, FlaSwampRat and 2 others Thank this. -

I quit going north of 80 in new England a long time ago so toll it to death for all I care .
They dont make anything there anymore .
