Hey,
Army Vet here looking at joining up with JB. Just curious as to what some recent experiences have been for employees. School in Miami? How's the Pay during school? Training pay? This is for a regional route. Not really worried about home time. Just looking to join a good company that pays well. Thanks all.
Considering a Career with JB. Whats school like? Pay?

Thank you for your service and best of luck to you, man.
Valslav Thanks this. -
They get my vote if you just want to go company. Night & day difference between them and Swift or Schneider. I was always treated well, and made good money. They have nice terminals ( clean ).
In fact when I had my truck, I would have tried them as an O/O, but they have a certain geographical area for that.
You can quit & go back as many times as you want as well. Not kidding. No questions asked.
Good luck.gntorres61, Ooops and Valslav Thank this. -

Are you planning to use your post911? Does JB offer the additional pay under the apprenticeship program? I know TMC is an approved program by the VA, you earn an extra 1200/month for the 1st 6 months, then around 950/months for 6 months, then 750/month for 6, then a bit under 500/month for the remaining 6 months. Comes out to a bit over 20k extra over the 2 year program.
