Really anywhere that's hidden and somewhat out of the weather. It has good rubber plugs to keep the road grime off it. Go a step further and put some type of cover over it

This one is wired. Would think this would work better?

Reading some reviews they say it needs a clear sight of the sky. That makes me very much doubt how well it would work under an aluminum flatbed.

That's still theft. Call state police. It wasn't released to him, he stole it. I bet I can get a jbhunt trailer out of a shipper. Still theft if I don't have permission of the owner to take it. ####, I bet I could get your truck out of a shipper, with you tied up in the back.

I did drop and hook for 6 months

Never left with a trailer belonging to the wrong company ...

Driver gets what get gets. I would demand full gross on the load hauled.

Taking the wrong trailer with the same company name is one thing. I mean you can screw up by getting the number on the trailer wrong, but not the freaking company name.

Because the broker is who you work for, they are the one who has a legal obligation as an agent for the consignee to ensure the transportation of the product has clear terms and expectations. The broker needs to ask the questions and if the driver or owner ask them to the broker, the broker is to find out what is the expectation of the consignee for the work.

I went through this a few times, the reason why my drivers have to ask the broker no matter who it is if this is a drop or a live unload, I don’t want to drop my trailers, if it is a company trailer that’s different. But my own property, it has to be rented if they want it dropped and it ain’t cheap.

Myself, I'd call an attorney asap and see what my options are and do as the lawyer said.
