    Gave freight to this Company - got a call just hours before scheduled pick up and said that the driver could not make it. Adjusted the pick up time to help them out for the next day instead. Signed the load confirmation agreeing to the delivery time - was 8 hours late - we were charged for a labor crew being on the ground waiting for the truck. Tried calling driver - no answer - several calls to dispatch with no answer and no call back from them - finally got in touch with dispatch after load was about 4 hours late - was told truck was an hour out. After the hour go in touch with a different dispatcher telling me that the truck was about 2 hours out, the truck showed up a total of 8 hours late. Spoke to the owner about charging back for the service failure and paying the men waiting for the truck - was swore at and screamed at, then was hung up on. They did then adjust the rate on their invoice after emailing to us - Then sent an email a few hours later saying please disregard our previous email - that they would not agree to the adjusted rate - they thought someone else should come good for their service failure. Anyone else have this issue with this carrier?
