Orange, TX again. I am thinking of investing in a house here lol. I was supposed to be going to Sparta, Tn but got changed to a tight run going to Fredericktown, OH.

 

My buddy's in the hotel waiting on a trainer, he just got done with Neosho(?) and now the real fun will begin for him!!! I hope he gets a good one!! Is it far from the terminal???I should tell him to head over and meet people!!!

He is probably still at the Booneslick in Neosho. It's miles from Joplin. Unless they've changed the program, he'll do the Smith System Monday and get hired. And then E-log class on Tuesday.

 

Told me yesterday he was officially hired and was waiting for a trainer, said because of holiday's and 9 in class it could be a few days or longer, I had hoped he would call today with news but maybe nothing to report??? I'll check with him tomorrow and see.

He was pretty happy with the program, thanked me again for suggesting Conway to him. I just have all of you to thank for your posts here, that and just about every one of you I meet on the road has very good things to say, quite rare in this industry these days!!!

Ran a relay from Laredo to Jackson, TN. Sitting here getting my 10 in. Would have been able to run it all the way to OH if it hadn't been for getting it aftr already using several hours off my 14.

 

XLS, spoke with my friend, you were partially correct, Smith is done, he is hired officially and monday he has Q-comm to finish up and go from there. He is in a "very nice" hotel in Joplin that is having some sort of wine tasting there today and he was going to sample a few!! Told him to be careful though, never know who is watching....

Guess I will be talking to Dana tomorrow too, have to discuss my app further it seems!!
