Not everyone runs out their clock and plenty of truck stops excluding the massive Petros run out after 5pm nationwide... Done arguing, yes trip planning is important but sometimes your load time dictates many things and overall we need more parking options like how the wonderful Ohio turnpike stops take care of us...safe travels stay healthy and successful

Rubber duck kw Thanks this. -
I don't wish to hear about conspieracy stuff with HOS. Come on now.
What I will contribute is this. Our Local stores are setting aside one hour each morning for those elderly and handicapped so they can shop with some assurance of having hard to get products and least amount of stress in crowds.
Our walmart two days ago was not very good environment to be in. The people are stressed beyond a balance against the quarantine fears. We truly cannot sit 15 days anywhere without running out.
Thats a good thing, changing america to where we ARE prepared, finally.
As far as drivers. You are on your own. Literally. You will be going into infectious hot zones and stand into danger if you loaded quilted northern toilet paper in Atlanta. and so on. -
You can wash your hands with soap and water. I don't think they will close truck stop or the showers. Just keep driving as normal. My company won't let run over HOS yet. They did not say anything. Plus it not wide open running anyway. You have take 10 hours off once empty. That kinda defeats the purpose anyway.
