Looks like Swift’s already been there. You’re gonna have a problem with the grass being tore up, without some poles there. If the other dock was empty, or had a 28 ft trailer in it, shouldn’t be too much of a problem. I can get into tighter spots than that, even with my long wheelbase. But,it still takes a little while. If the green box, represents Truck and Trailer, 75 ft or less, I’d say it’s doable. Get rid of the 3 cars and island near driveway, it’s a breeze.
Could a 53' truck deliver here?

If one parking spot measures 20 feet long, that sure looks tight for a 53 foot trailer.
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Whether or not a guy with a 53 COULD get in there is kind of irrelevant. Sure some could do it. I'm sure I could get it in there. But the drivers that will be coming in there will likely run the gamut from experienced hands to newbies just building their skills. I can see cars damaged and probably the building getting hit too. You are asking for trouble if you lease this place.

I’d try it, but I would personally prefer to approach from the west and back in off the street.

Geez, clear simple question, clear simple answer....look for a different site.

Agreed, looks doable. Just another inner city or older type setup not made for 53's. Then there is the need to que up from time to time, because the hole is already plugged. That can be good for some other added stress.

You can always depend on 4 wheelers to park nex tto the dock. A little bump from a truck is worth a few $$ in the bank
