    This company has done away with good sense and bonuses! They have cut pay and are offering new drivers Pennie’s, which is cutting out the old drivers. This will cause a huge problem with these inexperienced truckers on the road with regular drivers. There is no way that my husband should be reduced to making the same as new drivers. They have/are cheating them out of bonuses, and so much more! If your looking for a new job STAY AWAY FROM COVENANT LANDAIR! They talk a good talk until you sign up!

    Bonuses are an extra - companies give and take them away at will, and should never be included in your budget. If they have cut your husbands pay, then he should move on to another company.
