    I recently started at covenant transport. I’m trying to study for the written exam that I will take once I complete training..

    Apparently the questions are out of the driver’s handbook, but the driver’s handbook isn’t really about driving, it’s just company policy. Is there something I’m missing here, or are they really going to test me on company policy?

    There's federal rules pertaining to trucking and co rules from the co you work for, and some are intermingled. For instance, question may be, "what do you do when arriving at co terminal?" Answer, post trip your equipment, report to dispatch. Part co rule and part federal rule, right ?
