Worked for this company for about 14 months running HotShot. Nice, small company running mostly flatbed Hotshots and full sized trucks. Only reason I got off the road was hotshotting is taking a beating right now. Drivers I know in the big trucks are still doing pretty good even with fuel off the charts. Covered 6 is always looking for O/O to lease on. I got home when I wanted and never forced dispatch.
