It takes a bit of getting used to but I feel the effects from it. I don’t get sleepy during the day anymore. I wake up to the smell of strong coffee, a prayer to my Infinite Wisdom and get ready to roll. No, it ain’t sexy but neither am I. Sleep, oh Lordy beautiful sleep.
If you’re diagnosed with sleep apnea, don’t curse it. I haven’t felt this good In years.

I choose to celebrate the improvements that y'all are having in life from that.

Its too bad I die hard in my attitude, but there is no rain or cloudy day over here today. Nothing but sunshine.

I was taking a nap everyday, sometimes two for up to two hours, I was always tired. After about a month on the cpap I didnt need a nap anymore. Another positive is that I was able to throw my viagra away (I was age 50 at that time) sleep apena is know to cause erectile dysfunction.

Always tired. I had a bout with pneumonia and was put on a ventilator. The pulmonologist ordered a sleep test in which the apnea was found.

In 13 years I have used cpap every night. The full face mask is what I prefer. That cool air coming through the mask just puts me to sleep through the night!

I have been using one for coming up on 2 years now. The biggest difference I have noticed is I no longer get sleepy mid afternoon.
