But you don't seem to get something - your paycheck is valuable to you as much as the customer is valuable to CRE.

Don't use the excuse of being a new driver, act professionals and figure out a way around these problems.

My head hurts from reading this. It’s going to be tough to pay your bills when you choose to sit for over 15 hours instead of solving the problem and doing your job like you should have.

How the hell can you be a truck driver if you can't do a blind side? You would quit within 5 hours if you were a P&D driver

Dan.S, Coover, tinytim and 1 other person Thank this.

I can do a blindside, just not in a CRE truck. We did a handful of blind maneuvers on a closed range.

The guys who own the trucks are the limiting factor. It's their equipment and I signed a contract.

Get the job done driver. Doing it safely and without incident, no matter the technique, is the most important thing. Eff "company policy".

Just like company policy at schnedier is no cell phone use while driving period but we still see them buying headsets. Just do what you gotta do.

    Zeviander and Lepton1 Thank this.

Hows this for (essence)! There are thousands of comments on these boards about how carriers are ####ing drivers over each and everyday. Most are hyperbole and I treat them as such. A good bit are not. However most all of it is coming from drivers afraid to stick up for themselves. Most do it because of either being timid or suffer from low esteem. This is why I get angry when a driver makes such a comment like that comment. It is also another reason pay (all forms) are low or nonexistent. These carriers are going to continue to do this until drivers learn how to say NO! Now this does not mean it is right to screw said carrier back. It simply means a driver is a ####ing professional and should act like it and DEMAND being treated like one in ALL their dealings with the carrier.

Lab work, dunchues and Lepton1 Thank this.
