Crete/Shaffer is a real bad company

Well here it goes. I work for Shaffer for almost 3 years. I wanted to quit my first 2 months in but the manager convinced me to stay saying they were going to $100,000. That was my mistake. I believed that a manager {a supervisor} should not and would not lie. She didn’t but it was not the whole truth. She said she was quitting and that her last day would be months before they lowered the wage. She stayed until the day they lowered the wage. She snuck out. That shows what kind of people are out there.
In my time there I did everything right. But of course my Disbatcher was training to be a manager. He shorted me on pay. Paid me $30 for sitting at an L.A. shipper from 9:15 pm to 5:00 pm the next day with no sleep and no food. There wasn’t any store or drive in food to be had. He claims I was late. The truth was the address they gave me was wrong. I had messaged and called dispatch to find out the address. It took 30 minutes to get a hold of them. By the time I found out and made it to the correct address I was 15 minutes late. That was the companies fault not mine.
My new Disbatcher I called when a message came across the computer in the truck that they where lowering our wage to $70,000. That’s a $30,000 drop and I had just bought a house 30 days prior. I was upset. The new Disbatcher promised me she would get back to $100,000. She just needed a little time to prove it. I waited 7 months and was on the way to making $63,000. That was it I quit. Then I wasn’t reimbursed for the lock but they took it from me. That is some of what they did. I don’t want to make this to long.
I ended up taking them to court. I filed 2 times in the state court and it was thrown out by {Judge Rodrick Coffey} Arizona state judge. I then filed in federal court 2 times.
The lady at the filing office was the rudest person I have meet. They need to get ride of her or at least put her away from the public. Anyway it was thrown out by {Judge John J. Tuchi},{Douglas L. Rayes}. The attorney was Deanna R. Rader and Jamie L. Mayrose. So then I wrote to a judge above the judges in the state of California and she threw it out. The attorneys for the company lied. I can’t believe that the courts would have put up with that. The first attorney lied about everything except I didn’t put the law # next to each complaint. She lied so bad that there were approximately 20 things that she lied about that I supposedly did. The company then got a different attorney who lied about it belonging in Nebraska where the company is from. That is a lie. If you look up facts, you can take a company to court {any state} as long as they drive through the state. The really bad thing is that Shaffer has a place in the same state that I am from. So it locked in the law that they can be taken to court here. By the way they run all states.
Now I was told that companies read these and some of them act like they are a driver. I am letting you know of the games that get played. I will give you one example. On here there was a driver who I believe is a company CEO or owner who claims he was happy making $60,000. That is a joke. Especially when on the internet it was saying that begging drivers should be making $120,000 and I have been driving for 18 years.
So watch out drivers we are getting screwed in all kinds of ways.

 

No, that is the story. There is nothing that I did and my driving record is clean. You saying there must be more, there is a lot more but I didn’t want you to have to read so much. Like I said, I didn’t nothing. The company did it all and they pay off the judges from what I believe.

 

The CEO at Crete/Shaffer when I looked 3 years ago was making $10,000,000 a year not including bonuses. So can they and will they play games to postpone/delay trials. YES

 

You have nothing good to say. I’m sorry about your thinking. I have been in the military and college. I just wanted to have a real life instead of lying to people to make my money. I wrote my column to help people understand what was going on.
