Crete/Shaffer is a real bad company

1969 for me. I don't remember how much I made back then but my first job was a Teamsters job so I'm sure that it was alot higher than most back then.

 

A few years at that point. I was in the Chicago regional fleet.

 

My first mileage rate was .22cpm running auto parts for a fleet owner leased onto Rush Trucking

reefer is far from ltl. the ltl companis rigged the market in their favor, that kind of scheme isn't inside of the reefer sector which is as one of the many victims of ltl scheming the market which ripples into all the other sectors. reefer is far from ltl is a wide gap between ltl and the rest of trucking with exception of a few like post office or ups which rivals the riggery.

 

Is reefer far from LTL? Asking for a friend....

 

It's closer to open deck than it is to LTL.
