Possibly. Be honest. Bison is a fast carrier, so check if getting a fast card is a requirement. I know they have cdn only drivers.

 

Can you cross into US? If your record is sufficiently minor to be acceptable at the border you shouldn't have problems finding a job. If not your choices will be more limited but you'll find a job for sure.
Not sure if your future will lie with a Canadian mega though, and it may well be a good thing for you too.

 

It's easier to come down into the USA than it is to get into Canada. The Maples get sour when a minor offender shows up in their soup. =)

You need to go through the pardon process BEFORE ever applying for a trusted traveller program. How severe were your crimes?

 

You'll survive ok without a fast card, dont let that bother you. It's really only the border crossing at issue, if you can cross it ok, you're going to have a choice of outfits that will hire you. Might not all be your choice, but they won't all be bad choices.

 

Not sure if you have attempted many border crossings with your waiver, but be prepared to get a full inspection and sent to secondary EVERY time you cross. I have a good friend that is in the same position and that is what happens to him.
