Crst 100% truth not bulls Sh**

3 months ago i fly to ceder rapids airport. i wait almost three hours for CRST Van to pick me up i was piss"t.so i get to CRST orientation they put you with two roommates.that night i got 4 hours of sleep due to my roommates snoreing.wake up at 530am start with kirkwood for one week refresher course.good guys laid back.i finish.3 days orientation was easy a dumb ##### can beat it.if you got no money for food for 1&2 month don't start CRST.i met lot of cool people CRST.so i get a trainer for 28 days on the road.good trainer laid back bin on the road for 16 years.he showed me how to due e logs and paperwork's driving i had that hands down.out of my 28 days we had 13 days of layover.r dispatcher said it was due to the stock market he said 20% of CRST truck were laydover.making 22 cent a mile it was not to bad we still got lot of miles we done 48 states.i got back to ceder rapids for the road test in a broken down freightliner.it was a joke.almost 2 months out i get home.so i find a co driver we was out for 4 months not driving i ask r you jokeing me.said his trainer did not show him how to due the paperwork&e logs.i writh down the fuel stop he missed fuel stop fuel gage was empty. almost go"s north not south he going 40 off the highway ramp keep telling him you r going to fast.in 1 month did not know how to read a map or pretrip or follow a gps in the sleeper i got 4 to 6 hours of sleep.one thing he had was a attitude problem.told my dispatcher he don"t care.in 1 months i don"t make enough money to pay for my bills.we only got 2000 miles to week getting 700 to 800 mile loads.i hope next month get more miles. im getting a new co driver that knows how to due his job.if sh** don"t change i may have to run solo with a different company.if you know a good company to run solo please let me know! thank you
