That may be true, the fact remains that I have not had any issues so far. I'm organized, I run hard and am never late. I take responsibility for myself and check my pay stubs. Bottom line is that people need to take more responsibility for their success and/or their experience. Too many people whine and complain. Just how I feel.

 

And you will be fine if you continue to do so. I ran hard with them up until the day I left. I left for 2 reasons...a better offer and I just refuse to team drive with a stranger anymore.

It wasn't all a bed of roses but when you have issues as long as you deal with it using the proper chain of command, things will eventually get resolved. I don't know how many times I would shake my head at drivers who would tell stories about the problems they had and expected 3rd shift weekend dispatch to solve immediately for them...not gonna happen

I'm thinking about coming back to crst after a few years away. Anyone give me insight on being a trainer as a lease operator ? Any success?

 

I'm heading to crst Fontana ca on Saturday for training I'm excited but nervus hope I can get thru training and oraintaion and find a good co driver wish me luck

 

I am headed to Fontana the end of next week, starting training on Nov. 4th. Looking at what I need to pack... if any of you have been to Fontana I would appreciate your advise.

 

They gave me a list of what to pack seems like a lot but going to be gone for 9 weeks so will find out
